Thank you for your interest in The Guyana Relationship Summit.
We welcome journalists, broadcasters, podcasters, bloggers, photographers, videographers, and digital content creators who wish to cover Guyana's premier annual relationship and family conference. Our goal is to foster meaningful conversations that strengthen relationships, empower families, and inspire positive change throughout Guyana and the Caribbean.
We appreciate the important role the media plays in sharing stories that educate, inform, and inspire communities. Our Media Relations Team is committed to providing timely information, interview opportunities, press materials, and event access to support accurate and engaging coverage.
Media Accreditation
Members of the media wishing to cover the summit are encouraged to apply for media credentials in advance.
Approved media representatives may receive:
- Complimentary media credentials
- Access to keynote presentations
- Reserved media seating (where available)
- Access to designated media workspaces
- Interview opportunities with speakers and organizers
- Official press releases
- High-resolution photographs
- Summit logos and branding assets
- Post-event media resources
Media credentials are issued at the discretion of the summit's Media Relations Team.

Interview requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate scheduling.

- B-roll video footage (where available)
- Official event photographs following the summit
These resources are intended to support accurate and consistent reporting.
Photography & Video Guidelines
Professional photography and video recording are welcome for accredited media. To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, media representatives are asked to:
- Wear visible media credentials at all times.
- Follow instructions from summit staff and venue personnel.
- Respect restricted or private areas.
- Avoid disrupting presentations or attendee experiences.
- Obtain permission before conducting interviews with attendees.
- Comply with all copyright and recording policies.
Additional media guidelines will be provided upon accreditation.
Live Broadcasts
Media organizations interested in live television, radio, podcast, or digital broadcasts from the summit should contact the Media Relations Team in advance to discuss technical requirements, broadcast locations, and scheduling.
Press Conferences
Scheduled press briefings and media availability sessions may be held throughout the summit. Accredited media will receive advance notice of dates, times, and participating speakers.

Requests should be submitted no later than 30 days before the summit whenever possible.
